1. Who we are

This store, Varette, is operated by Interactive Ecommerce LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (Wyoming filing ID 2023-001289041), registered office (registered agent, mail only): 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 10801, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By using the store or placing an order you agree to these terms, our shipping policy, our refund policy and our privacy policy.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is made when we email you the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if we cancel, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars (USD). Taxes and duties are handled as described in our shipping policy. Payment is taken when you place the order and is processed by our payment providers.

4. Products

We describe each piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look different on screens. Cultured pearls are natural materials and vary slightly in shape, surface and tone. Plated and finished surfaces can wear over time with use; the care notes on each product page help them last.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, returns and refunds work as described in our shipping and refund policies. Risk in a parcel passes to you on delivery. If you live in the EU, the EEA (including Norway) or the UK, you can also withdraw within 14 days: Withdraw from contract here.

6. Your use of the store

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or use it for anything unlawful. All content on the store, including text, images and the Varette name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

7. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country and can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first; most problems are solved by email.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
